He's actually been there for awhile as he was the other snow leopard who got COVID-19, though thankfully he survived (unlike his intended mate, Baya). He moved there from the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse, NY where he was born on 5/30/18. It sounds like he must've been behind the scenes until recently based on their announcement.
On February 4th, the zoo announced that a (0.0.1) common squirrel monkey has been born earlier on the week of January 30th. The baby is viewable in the Primate Building.
