The zoo is planning a multi-million dollar expansion involving a treetops rope/zip-line course, renovating some parts of the museum, and an expansion of the Animal Discovery Zoo.
New animals include: Komodo Dragons, Okapi, Snow Leopards, Cassowaries, Pygmy Hippos, as well as new enclosures for the center's Nile Crocodile and Amur Tigers.
