Hello! I am new here but I've been lurking on this website for months trying to find updates on new animals and expansions at the zoos I frequent as well as locating which zoos have rare species!.
I am a student studying zoology, my dream is to one day open up my own zoo and do conservation work and eventually get AZA accreditation. I love reptiles and oddball animals the most(I love all animals though!), conservation of species the majority of the publics have never heard of is something I am passionate about. I enjoy field-herping and traveling to biodiverse places, so far I have been to the Galapagos and Costa Rica!
I am mainly familiar with Texas and Florida zoos, as a student I haven't been able to travel to many states to visit there zoos but I have a ever-growing list of places I want to visit!.
