The rules of this game are rather simple… We are going to explain a country using animals and other factors. Every time you get one right, you get to pass it on to the next person.

Example
If I described a country, and you got it right, you would be the next person to describe a country.

Rules
~ You are allowed to repeat and answer multiple times, but countries cannot be repeated more than once.
~ You CAN use other features to describe the country, but try to keep the focus on animals as much as possible.

I’ll start us off.
(Also, It doesn’t have to be this long)

This country has many cold-dwelling vertebrates like foxes, sheep and caribou. On the coasts, you can find large cetaceans, seals and puffins. It is presumed as the only country in the world with having absolutely no mosquitoes.

The country used to be host so much diversity it's a shame most bigger mammals are now extinct. It is home to one of the last colonies of the most endangered pinniped and until recently leopards roamed the most remote altitude plains of the country. It is also the last natural stronghold for a very unique bird that is now very well established in captivity.

This country has a temperate cold climate, and subarctic land and marine ecosystems.
It has conserved most of its large land mammals, including Wolves, Brown Bears and Lynxes, and it hosts many breeding and migrating birds, some of them are Siberian natives.
There are five national parks in the territory of this country.

In this country you wouldn't find any marine fish, but one species of cetacean. A species of reptile was discovered here in 2020. An iconic wildlife site in this country hosts high-altitude waterbirds.
