2. .. looks kinda like Cobh, Ireland, but it´s probably not..
3. Falkirk Wheel, Scotland
 
does the Falkirk Wheel actually do anything (say, turn), or is it just a sculpture?
 
1 and 3 are correct. The Falkirk wheel is an engineering marvel and worth stopping off at if you are passing through.

2 is better known by its fictional name (if you are under 5).

These guessing games are the biggest time waster since I deleted that draw something from my phone
 
ah, I thought the water in front of the Falkirk Wheel in that photo was concrete (in the rain, it being Scotland) and that's why I thought it might just be a sculpture.

isn't 2 - Balamory ?? :) really Tobermory on Mull - ooo I did well there I'm neither under 5 or have children :p
