Number 3 - Common Eland?

2 - Geoffroy's Cat
3 - Lowland Nyala
4 - Toco Toucan
5 - Yellow-banded Sweetlips (Plectorhinchus lineatus)

Oooh!

Another one down, number 5 is a yellow-banded (or diagonal-banded sweetlips) at The Deep.

Number 3 remains unknown for now. Keep guessing.

An ear, I think. I've been thinking along female tragelaphine lines, but I'm wondering about a deer now. The only one that might fit is Pere David's Deer?
 
I think Tragelaphus is most likely, just from the colouration. I think I'll take a stab at sitatunga.

Finally, all five of them present and correct! Number 3 was indeed a female sitatunga at Africa Alive.

OK, time for some trickier stuff! I don't expect exact specifics for these, just the closest people can get (eg, if there was a scarlet macaw here then macaw would be an acceptable answer but "parrot" would not)

for number three I need a bit more because there are several very different types of porcupine around the world (but yes, porcupine is correct :))

....and I only just noticed the label in the photo d'oh!
