yes,a bit of a slip-up there (officially the sign is there on purpose so the game wouldn't be too hard :D). It is a Coendou, both Hevden and Maguari get it.

Number one has a clue in it as well. I think number two will be the hardest one (at least I know I probably wouldn't get it easily!)

An answer. Let's throw caution to the wind. :D

1 - Thylacine
2 - erm... are we in the realm of dinosaurs? Skull's an odd shape at the back. Deinonychus is my answer.
3 - Coendou
 
Coendou and thylacine are both correct (the reference to Riversleigh in the background gives the hint it is in an Australian museum, and thylacine is the obvious choice for the skeleton).

Number two is not a dinosaur.
 
I am rubbish with skulls! Managed an educated guess at the thylacine but with nothing to go on at all (not even any real indication of scale) I'm well out of my depth!

EDIT: and in retrospect I'm pretty sure the teeth are nothing even slightly like Deinonychus anyway.

EDIT 2: Just googled Deinonychus skull. Couldn't have been less close.

2. I'm going to say Wolf, even though it doesn't appear to match up with a wolf skull on Google Images.

not a wolf or a fox. As a broad clue, its not a canid at all....

the tie holding the neck should give an idea of scale
 
Having looked around further I think number 2 is a fruit bat of some description... a Pteropus flying fox maybe?
