Guess the species? #5

But isn't Werribee's hoofstock mainly comprised of African species? The only non-African ungulate I recall is the bison, but...

Mind telling us what continent, at least?

I saw the Blackbuck at Altina about 2 weeks ago and the fawns looked like that one.
If I am right thats the first quiz here I have ever got.

Oops! Looks like we confused each other. I thought you meant that you saw this particular fawn at Altina, but on re-reading your post, it looks like you meant that you saw blackbuck fawns there - not necessarily the ones from Werribee. Apologies!

As to where they are now.... hmmm good question. I did not see them the last time that I was there, but they are doing roadworks in that paddock, so maybe they are merely off-display? :confused:
