is six the Black-footed Crowned Guenon (Cercopithecus pogonias nigripes) at Twycross?

I'll guess five as being Ansell's mole-rat because it looks like a mole-rat and that seems the most likely one to choose out of the species.

and I'll just throw out there for number four Mustela erminea stabilis. I don't really think that is correct but I think it at least in the right family?

No one having further cracks at this one?

Expected Moebelle and Thylo to be bombarding me with guesses by now ;)

Considering the fact that there have only been about four or five guesses, and no photo has had more than one guess, this might make things too easy! The number of correct answers does exceed zero though.

Number 6. looks like a Purple-faced Langur - presumably ssp. monticola?

Once I have had at least one or two guesses per photo I will let you all know how people are doing ;) currently there have been two guesses for 1 and 6, a single guess for 2, 4 and 5, and no guesses for 3.

1) Tibetan Golden Cat Pardofelis temminckii tristis
2) Siberian Lynx Lynx lynx wrangeli
3)
4)
5) Ansell's Mole Rat Fukomys anselli
6) Purple-Faced Langur Trachypithecus vetulus monticola

~Thylo:cool:

Here's where I make a fool of myself again.

1 Bobcat (no idea of subspecies): just to be different, it's in a funny pose which makes its tail look longer ;)
2 Canadian lynx
3 Fanaloka: which doesn't have subspecies, so I'm probably wrong
4 Springhaas, nominate subspecies: a fairly wild guess, but this one is hard
5 North Luzon cloud rat: it doesn't look right for a mole rat to me
6 Purple-faced langur: I'll go with the majority, no subspecies required.
