Guess the species #6

1. Taveta golden weaver
2. White-lipped peccary
3. Single-wattled cassowary
4. Pesquet's parrot
5. Thick-billed ground pigeon

....aaaand...

6. Bobak marmot?

Right family, but wrong species for 6.

I'm surprised no one has worked out how to significantly narrow down the options for that one... ;)

1) Taveta Golden Weaver Ploceus castaneiceps
2) Southern White-Lipped Peccary Tayassu pecari albirostris
3) Northern Cassowary Casuarius unappendiculatus
4) Pesquet's Parrot Psittrichas fulgidus
5) Thick-Billed Ground-Pigeon Trugon terrestris
6) Groundhog Marmota monax

well it looks too large-bodied to be anything but a marmot or other hefty ground squirrel. All the marmots currently in Europe have been named already.

I'll go with Black-tailed prairie dog for my answer.

Still no correct answers for six.
Think about how you would seriously narrow down the options for what it could be...

okay, if that vague blur is a side-stripe, then Cape ground squirrel?

cool bananas. Here are four quick ones. One might be a little too easy.... :p
