Yes, the male Chapman's zebra came from Antwerp Zoo. However, you have only answered the first half of the question.
I don't remember Belgrade Zoo has an excessive amount of white animals. At least they did not 2 years ago. They had what looked like a 2 coloured lion (half white half coloured) but that was the only notable animal I saw.
