Guidebooks available online?

I would like to know which US zoos have a website to order a guidebook or history book. do you have any tips? I only know that San Diego has guidebooks on the e-shop.

As far as I know most US zoos have completely stopped publishing guidebooks all together so finding guidebooks in their gift web-shops is anything but granted. I’d argue that your beat bet would be either looking through eBay or going to specialized events such as ZooHistorica to collect older guidebooks. Since I don’t really collect guidebooks myself I may have skipped over a useful resource.

Very few have them on their website, and I don't know if any ship worldwide. Places like ebay and abebooks would be better to check.

It is possible to order guidebooks through the San Diego website, but the shipping costs are now astronomical in these post-Covid times. In truth, the world of zoo guidebooks is probably 95% European and 5% the rest of the world. Almost every new zoo publication comes from a European facility. When it comes to zoo literature, Europe is utterly dominant.
