Just found this on the internet and I'll be honest Ilive near but I had forgotten all about it
I'm now planning on going asap as it looks a little gen in the making.

The Falconry Centre houses over 70 birds of prey including various species of Eagle, Vulture, Buzzard, Owl, Falcon and Kite from around the world. There are over 30 species including the Snowy Owl, Asian Brown Wood Owl, Barn Owl, American Kestrel, Saker Falcon, Golden Eagle, Steppe Eagle, Bald Eagle, Griffon Vulture and Raven to name a few.

also they have this website

Falconry Experience. Birds of Prey at The Falconry Centre, Hagley, West Midlands.

As anyone been here lately and could they give a detailed list of birds there

If it's the one in the garden centre, I went years ago, but don't remember much about it, don't think it was so big back them, but at less than £4 what have you got to lose.

Just had a quick look at the web site, and it says they have a Cape Griffon Vulture called Oscar who is used in flying displays! Cool!
I'm a bit of a vulture fan, but I've never seen this species before. The site does say that they believe Oscar is the only Cape Griffon in the UK.
It also says that the Cape is the largest vulture species in Africa. I thought the Lappet-faced was the largest ?

A male Bald Eagle has joined the collection today - some photos of him on the collections Facebook

This collection is very doable after West Midlands safari park, takes a very short while to get around but they do fly various birds during that time and had a couple of dogs running about in the arena when I last went also!
