I heard on the news from my drive home from the Niagara Butterfly Conservatory that the Hamilton Aviary will finally be getting a new home (still in Gage Park) and unrelated but still nature related, the park's greenhouse will also be getting an expansion. I've read a brochure a while back that there's plans on exhibiting puffins!

Friends of the Aviary (no info yet on expansion, but there's info on the organization)

I will update when I find more news!
