I think this is about the right date. I wasn't online for a couple of days and missed whenever it was. Yesterday, today, tomorrow.... he's older now anyway.

I got some food with some friends after school on my actual birthday and then yesterday I took a quick visit to the Beardsley Zoo. Not much has changed since my last visit about four years ago but I was overdue for a return trip and I wanted to properly photograph the place.

Oh very cool! Where did you have a meal with your friends, and what did you eat? Also, did you get any gifts?
A place in town called Panera Beard. I got a panini(spelling?).
Not much in the way of gifts this year as I didn't ask for much. I did renew my membership to the WCS and then I believe some other stuff is in the mail.

Oh yes, I ate paninis quite regularly when I was at university. Very tasty indeed.
What's WCS? A zoo or something? And what other goodies are in the post?

Wildlife Conservation Society. It's the society that runs the Bronx, Prospect Park, Central Park, and Queens Zoos and the New York Aquarium.
Not sure. I believe some work out stuff because I do need to get in shape a bit and what not.

Yes, you have to work out for the ladies. With your height, you don't have to worry about stunted growth from working out too early in adolescence. That's my excuse for being 5' 7".
