My name is Jacob. I'm 20 years old and going to school for Computer Networking in Orlando, Florida. I love computers, but I seriously reconsidered what I've been doing with my life and would love a career working at a zoo with animals. I don't know why it took me this long to realize it, but I've always loved visiting the zoo and seeing the animals, and Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel always seem to be on my television. I love animals, and I do have a good knowledge of them from so many television specials. From what I've researched, you need a 4 year degree in Zoology or other related field. I'll be 21 when I get out of school here, and if I can even get into a University for it, I won't be out until I'm at least 25. And on top of that, I hear it's nearly impossible to get a job in the field. Any advice or suggestions?
Anyway, in my free time I play video games, hang out with friends, watch tv, and moderate a Halloween Horror Nights forum with over 800 active members. I suppose that's about it. I'm looking forward to posting here regularly
