Hello from Kampala, Uganda and question about posting media

Hello, I am a nature enthusiast in Kampala, Uganda.
I joined Zoochat this week and posted my first thread about UWEC (Entebbe Zoo).
I however found no option for uploading media to the gallery. I only could post links to some of my pictures instead and embed them in the thread.
Could anyone kindly explain to me how I can upload images of the animals to the galleries ? It shows me no option to upload.Thank you

Welcome to zoochat! There aren't many members from Africa, I look forward to your contributions :) There's recently been a rule change to prevent spamming/unrelated photos being posted by new members/trolls. Once you've been around a bit and posted in some threads, you'll gain access to uploading photos. I'm not sure what the amount of posts is.

Thanks allot for your feedback. I will keep checking and once I gained access to upload, ill gladly share images from our zoos and facilities in Uganda.

I will do my best to post as many animals from as many facilities here, as I can, in order to contribute to the forum.
 
Welcome to zoochat. Really nice to see people from Africa on here. As said you need to post more before posting media, so maybe you can share more on the wildlife, zoo and fauna around! We always like to hear more on the continent which very few info is on here.
 
I'll echo the sentiments. I spent time in Tanzania a few years ago - that part of Africa is a beautiful place and teeming with wildlife. Looking forward to hearing about your wildlife and zoo experiences in Uganda, and seeing your photos once you gain access.
