Hello Zoochat. I am a New Zealander who has been to a wide variety of zoos (Orana Park, Auckland, Wellington, Willowbank, various farm parks) aquariums (Portobello, Southern Encounters, Kelly Tarlton's) and museums with live animals (Otago, Tuaratarium in Invercargill) during my lifetime. I am especially interested in fish, reptiles and invertebrates, and would like to start my own zoo one day, though I will need (and could be getting) a lot of help to do this. I hope to enjoy my time here, and thanks in advance.

Quite interested myself in comings and goings at f.i. Orana as it seems not a lot of locals on Zoochat around to get a grip on that one. Most news deals with Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington - equally interesting mind ... -!
