Hi all, my name is Christine. I live in Ottawa, Ontario, the capital of Canada, however I grew up near the Toronto Zoo, and it is my true 'home' zoo to this day. I credit the place for my love of animals- my parents had a membership and we'd often go there for a few hours 3-4 days a week from when i was a toddler until about 6 or 7 years old. It is why I went on to a biology degree and am now a registered veterinary technician, with a special interest in reptiles.
I keep and breed a number of snake species, in specific- fossorial boa species from Africa, the Middle East and parts of India. I also keep some of their new world counterparts.
Other than that, I'm just a huge nerd and gamer.
