Good day members of Zoochat!

My name is Jonathan and I have been an avid zoo fan for my entire life. I am currently a Conservation Biologist for my local parks in Cincinnati, Ohio. My favorite zoological facility is The Wilds due to all of their incredible conservation work. I am a huge fan of all North American wildlife but I especially love the North American porcupine and tiger salamander. I like to spend my free time exploring the great outdoors, especially our wondrous national and state parks.

I am very excited to become a member of this great website and look forward to meeting all of you!

Welcome! <3 North American porcupines. You can keep the salamanders though :)
 
Welcome Jonathan! Really interesting and exciting that somone with a career in conservation is joining the forum.White sturgeon,alligator gar and pronghorn are some of my "favourite" north american animals.

Thanks! North American porcupines are adorable animals but I understand amphibians are not everyone's jam.
