As recommended I would like to introduce myself. I'm a zoofan from the Netherlands. My home zoo is Burgers Zoo and I love to visit other zoos in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. I once considered to study biology but ultimately chose psychology. I am interested most in (unusual) mammals and birds, but also in general zoo trends and policies. I really enjoy reading threads about those subjects. As I am pretty overwhelmed by the knowledge of many on this forum, I probably will not be posting a lot. Just maybe some stuff from Burgers Zoo, where you can find me trying to spot hard-to-see birds :)

Any new Birders ... is a great addition to the forum. Plus Burger's Bush is just a magical place as is the Zoo itself ... a Real Gem ... in the Netherlands! So, welcome Home here on Zoochat!
