Hi all at zoo chat. I came across some comment on this site about the zoo where I work as a builder that are completely rubbish, so in the interest of trying to improve the accuracy of the information on this site I have joined. I am also hoping that I will find helpful information about zoo environments in general, to help me further improve the publics experience and animals welfare where I work.
I was brought up going to the zoo by my house almost daily and I have developed a love for animals and a great respect for zoos. I believe that without them there would be far less interest in the plight of animals all over the world, which are losing their natural habitat and being hunted into extinction.

Hi yep I will make some posts mostly to do with Noah’s Ark.( if you can look up me or them)
Came to look for good ideas and find out what was going on in other zoos and found a bit of opposition to where I work. I have no problem with that but as I built a lot of stuff there I thought it only fare to put right some points.

Thanks, but mostly hear to read and learn, only posting to let you know who I am and had to put right a couple of errors ( It’s all too easy to believe what you are told without any real proof, init.)
 
Thanks for your input thuis far, its just imporant to remember that everybody here has their views, so please be as polite as possible in your correcting :)
