A female and a male Amur leopard are being introduced to a new enclosure at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland's Highland Wildlife Park.
The male, Freddo, was born in Tallinn Zoo in Estonia and the female, Arina, was born at Twycross Zoo in the Midlands. Both were born in 2014.

Visited for the first time yesterday, and had the great pleasure of seeing all the young listed in the article (we were told the Przwalski Foal was born on Saturday). We also got to see the even newer addition of a Bukhara deer, which was born about 3pm yesterday.

Why is highlands so far away from me...great news, I do hope that some other UK zoos would take on Markhor or Ibex...just stunning creatures.

Quite; it would be rather ridiculous for them to put that much effort into creating a new (and excellent) exhibit complex for the species only to get rid of them shortly afterward, for a start
