Great news and three is a bit unusual. It seems one or two is the norm with snow leopards. (Boy I wish I lived closer, though I did just see one at Albuquerque a week ago).

HWP's carnivore breeding record is so far ahead of that of Edinburgh zoo. Maybe they should move the pandas to Kincraig.

The male snow leopard cub has had to be put to sleep today due to a serious eye condition.

The four-month-old cub had coloboma, which causes vision problems and can be very painful:
