Hi all, I was just thinking about the history of several species at Chester and wondering if anybody could give any details. I've been looking at the Elephant database website, but couldn't find anything similar for any other species, which is a shame because the amount of info I got from it was great

Anyway, I will post a list (don't worry, only the larger/more charismatic animals). If anybody could provide me with any details, that would be great. I'm after literally as much as possible. I'll give an example from the Elephant database which should show what sort of info I'm after:
Nayan [m]
(Born 18/07/2010 - Captive born). Born at Chester Zoo 18/07/2010 to parents 'Upali' [father] and 'Sithami' [mother]. Still present at Chester Zoo.
So, it's names, genders, dates of birth, place of birth, parents [father first so I know what's what if they are unisex names please], where they are.
Others not included in the Nayan example are [if applicable], date of arrival, arrived from, date of departure, departed to, date of death, place of death. Anything else is a massive bonus, but if not then I think that is all I need. Also, maybe general history snippets (with dates if possible) of the species: For example, 199? - Chester stops keeping polar bears. I know I ask alot, but I hope this is all understandable

Also, if applicable, maybe you could put where abouts in the zoo each species has been kept (which can include current species if they have moved around).
