My name is Deneice. I'm 38 years old and I live near Dallas, Texas. My family and I are total animal lovers. We go to zoos, drive through safaris....We like to birdwatch....anything animal related, we like to experience it.
I actually joined because I can't remember what the name of the animal park is that my husband and I went to when our son was just a baby. If I recall correctly, it was near Austin. I can't be sure though. They had a covered trailer thingy where you ride through the park with a guide. They had a longhorn with the biggest horns I have ever seen! The poor thing had to keep his head tilted to the side because of them. They also had a petting zoo area and there was a wooden cut out of an ostrich where you measure yourself. Anyone know which one I'm talking about? We've been to so many and this was one of the smaller ones so I'm having some trouble remembering.
