The Daily Telegraph today reports that a hooded seal is on show at The National Seal Sanctuary in Gweek (Cornwall). This is a rescue case who couldn't be released. According to ISIS, there are no hooded seals in captivity elsewhere,

I last visited Gweek about eight years ago; it was a pretty grotty place then, and not one to which i would hurry to return. Even for a hooded seal.

I was there nine years ago and agree that the place wasn't what I was expecting. Tiled pools (with plenty of tiles missing), housing Californian sealions and Patagonian fur seals (rather unlikely to have been rescued, let alone to be released), dirty pools and windows... very amateurish. Surprising that a hooded seal would have ended up at such a temperate location, although the with summer we have been having...
 
Well it may not be the best of places but they do have quite a good sucess rate of releasing rescued seals back to the wild,personnaly i hope its still there when i visit in octpber.
 
At my local sea life centre in Oban i have seen a hooded seal as well as a common porpoise as well as lots of common and grey seals
 
Didn`t know that they have had a Hooded Seal at Oban,i knew that they have had 2 at Mablethrope in the past.When did they have it at Oban?
 
Would love to see more arctic seals in captivity, the hooded seal at Gweek is an animal that has been rescued in the past from the Canary islands i believe and now again rescued from mainland Spain (i think), it looks as one of the options being looked at for this animal is now keeping it permanently at Gweek.
