Hornbills in UK?

I remember a while back i saw a pied, a great and an Abyssinian grand all in 1 zoo but forgot which one.
Who knows what zoos have hornbills that are local to me? my nearest is marwell, i tried it and they had a few southern grand hornbills which was great, but anywhere else local to me? i am looking out for a rhinoceros particularly.

Oh thanks... i visited when i was much much younger and i think that might of been the place where i saw the dozens!

It's a long way but Chester have a very extensive collection in the Tropical Realm. I can't remember exact number of species and their website isn't that helpful. At least three, probably more.

It a very an impressive display.

Birdworld in Farnham has 0.1 Rhino hornbill as well as Blyth's hornbills, Malayan black hornbills, trumpeter hornbills and a southern ground hornbill.

Paulton's Park did used to have a large collection of Hornbills( and Parrots too) and I'm pretty sure they had Rhinoceros hornbills. I believe their bird collection is much reduced nowadays.

In May 2011 (when I was there last time) at Paultons Park have the following species of Hornbills:
- Bucorvus leadbeateri - 1
- Tockus deckeni - 1m (off show)
- Tockus erythrorhynchus - 2
- Anthracoceros albirostris convexus - according to the information on the plate
- Bycanistes bucinator - pair
- Bycanistes brevis - pair
- Ceratogymna atrata - pair + 3mm.
Much richer collections of Hornbills can be found on the continent, such as in Weltvogelpark Walsrode (Germany) (in August 2013 there were 11 species on the show) or in Vogelpark Avifauna in Alphen aan der Rijn (Netherlands) (in April 2013 there were 12 species on show!).

They did indeed have Rhinoceros Hornbills etc, they have bred a few species too.
Generally the bird collection is still pretty good, there are certainly less waterfowl species than they used to have (due to the Mink a few years ago).
Of course there are also less mammals (hoofstock) since the foot and mouth outbreak when much of it was reduced.
I rate the bird collection quite highly myself, much is due to the dedication of a great team of bird-keepers there.

Chester has
