This was a really interesting article in Atlas Obscura written by environmental / science writer Elizabeth Kolbert (who wrote the brilliant book "The sixth extinction") that I read and thought I would share.
The article is about the work of the Australian NGO "Arid recovery" (Home - Arid Recovery ) who are trying to assist native marsupials such as the bilby and burrowing bettong in adaption through behavioural and evolutionary change ("Assisted evolution") to anthropogenic pressures like invasive predators.
How Far Should Humans Go to Help Species Adapt?
Enjoy
