How Well Do You Know Reptiles?

Epidendrosaurus was a nearly larger, and much different creature than the Scansoriopteryx.
What do you mean by “nearly larger”? Both genera are only known from apparently juvenile remains, so size cannot be compared. Also the two genera are regarded as synonymous by at least some experts; what do you regard as the differences?

wait wait wait wait. dinosaurs were warm blooded, meaning they cannot be reptiles.
It depends on your definition. If you follow a cladistic classification, then any group including turtles and alligators must also include birds, and hence cold-bloodedness cannot be mandatory. Nevertheless, I would not be including modern bird questions in a “reptile” quiz.

by nearly larger i mean just a bit larger than Scansoriopteryx with a few centimetres of a difference. i say there is a difference in the skull and finger length, although this could be entirely a gender difference, without enough evidence I believe that maybe these are two differently adapted species.

Posting a poor-quality copy of an image that doesn't show what you claim it shows, hoping that the poor quality will lead people to take your claims for granted, isn't exactly helping your case.

Here's a better quality version for the record:

This isn't the first dubious claim you've confidently posted on the forum in the 24 hours you've been a member with strong pushback to being told you're incorrect - youthful enthusiasm is all well and good, but if you are trying to sound older and more mature than your years in order to impress us, you will only ensure the opposite effect and make it clear you're only about 11 or 12 :)

Last known female of Yangtze Giant Softshell Turtle passes. If I'm correct, you can ask another question as I'm not able to come up with one right now

The Fernandina Island Galápagos or Narborough Island giant tortoise (Chelonoidis niger phantasticus) was discovered in 1906 and thought to be extinct, until a female was discovered on Fernandina Island in February 2019

That's right, MOG2012
