I moved the fossa to the africa pack, red river hog to the new dlc and replaced with the roseate spoonbill, and i also replaced the brown-throated sloth in favor of the two-toed one as most of the comunnity was wishing for, and i replace the gibbon with a spider monkey, as the gibbon would be more accepted as an anniversary animal, since this year might be the last year of planet zoo, i added habitat flying birds, because i believe in the capacity of the developers bring a huge new mechanic to the game.

I had some ever-changing opinions, i removed some animals like asian golden cat, monk seal, langur and impala and decided to save them for future packs, but if frontier doesn't release packs where all of them wouldn't fit they will become mods, like the new dama gazelle. I moved some animals to another dlcs like monitor being moved to SEA animal pack, arctic wolf to the NA animal pack and moved the porcupine to the newest dlc, and i aimed for the opportunity to fix some mistakes in my roster, i've seen people criticizing the lack of diversity in the new pack, so i changed into something better and i think with this, the feedback would be more positive. Now in this arid animal pack, you have a more diverse fauna from different continents(which includes africa, north america, south america, asia and australia) i added new flying birds to have bird representivity.
Black rhinoceros is now the eastern black rhinoceros since this is the subspecies that is kept in european zoos, dromedary remains in the africa pack, somali wild ass will remain in the conservation pack and addax is now in base game.

Except did we REALLY need another desert viper?! I mean, horned vipers are cool, but COME ON! This was the perfect occasion to add a cobra! Arabian, red spitting, egyptian, cape, Caspian... ANY of them!
 
I would keep everything that's already out the same but do taxonomic packs, such as a Primate Pack and a Bird Pack.

I understand why biome packs have been done and I don't have a problem with them at all - but I think taxonomic packs offer the opportunity to introduce some lesser-known variations alongside popular forms. A primate pack could contain a loris or a tarsier in addition to lemurs and different kinds of monkey. New behaviors and animations could also be developed that benefit multiple animals from the group and spread across some of them at once.

Biome Packs might then be incentivized to focus on smaller groups and more unique animals.

I confess i wasn't expecting a pack like the oceania pack, but still it's an amazing pack and i think it deserves many attention, but personally i was frontier's ceo i wouldn't make this pack, instead i would make a temperate pack or an islands pack as many of us were thinking this would be our dlc, i made some changes as well as moving the kiwi to the newest pack, quokka and little blue penguin remain in the australia pack and tassie remains in the conservation pack since it's an important symbol of wildlife conservation.

I wasn't expecting to get something like an eurasia animal pack, but this definitely surprised me, so i decided to make something like more diverse in asia, as the pack focused more like in eastern europe with a few species from asia, wolverine remains in the arctic pack, wisent, swan, boar remain in the europe pack, sloth bear and takin will be in base game, but instead of the generic species, the golden takin will be the official representant, saiga remains in the conservation pack and hermann's tortoise will be replaced by the more endangered roti island Snake-Necked Turtle, i will save the Hermann's Tortoise for a possible Urban Pack as they can be found in urban areas. Now this is more like a clone pack, but still it is very diverse.
