Humbug Scrub Wildilfe sanctuary is a small (Small park section but 250 acres) Wildilfe Park around 3/2 hour out of Metro Adelaide near one tree hill . The Park was officially opened in 1905 by Thomas Paine Bellchambers, after Tom's Passing it was passed down to his Son Ray Bellchambers upon rays passing (70-80's cant remember) it was left in trust to the Animals and is now Run by a Board of Trustees.
The Sanctuary is home to the following animals
Red Kangaroos
Red Deer
Western Grey Kangaroos (KI's soon)
Tammar Wallabies
Swamp Wallaby
Soon Agile wallaby
Emu
Cape Barren Geese
Indian Peafowl
Sulphur Crested Cockatoo - all donated by elderly people that could not keep them anymore
Galahs - Same as above
Corellas - Same as above
Red Tailed Black Cockatoo
Major Mitchells Cockatoo
Cockateils
Indian Ringnecks
Peachfaces
Superb Parrots
Adelaide Rosella
Rainbow Lorikeet
Peaceful Dove
Budgies
Zebra Finches
King Quail
White Backed Magpie
Ducks
Black swan
Ringtailed Possum (P.p.pereginus and P.p convolutor)
Brushtailed Possum
Sugar Gliders

THe park is a bit out of the way, On Humbug Scrub Road off Black top Road, Smack bang in the middle of Parra Wirra RecreationPark.
at the moment we are planning a new campground (to be open end of october) and Northern Quolls
