I am about toxic plants

Greetings All,

My background started with teaching edible wild plants (1973) but now I spend most of my teaching in toxic plants. I have the dream job; I am curator of the W. J. Beal Botanical Garden at Michigan State University. I teach in the veterinary college as well as give toxic plant workshops to our local poison control centers and emergency residents of Michigan hospitals and other medical schools. I would say my passion is in toxic plants for the animal world. I am happy to answer questions, but I am really looking forward to learning from the experiences you all have to offer.

Thank you for having this forum. I eagerly anticipate meeting many of you.

Peter Carrington
