I want to build a zoo..

Watching the news out of London right now it appears that we may have got the better ones, convict or not.

A Kiwi eh? You will always be welcome - we have a proud history of taking people not as well off as ourselves!!! LOL
 
Chlidonias, as your "country" is naught but a rogue seventh state of the Commonwealth, you are of course welcome.
 
Guys, I know it's non of my business, but can you all please just act mature and stick to the point of this website. We're here to share our passion for zoo's, animals, nature or all three, so come on, lets give it a rest for now! ;)

Hehe, you´re funny. You don´t have to go to another country to see Dolphins and Orcas. You just go on a boat trip and you can see happy wild ones in the sea, you know?

This is a most peculiar thread that doesn't really go anywhere. Not sure that discussions about John Lennon and the quality of loo paper are really all that pertinent to a zoo forum site. That said, I wish you luck, Haruki, in your plans to reintroduce cetaceans to the UK zoo scene. You're going to need a lot of money and stubbornness in dealing with the planning authorities and the guile to take on the protestors who will inevitably challenge the exhibition in Britain of dolphins and Killer Whales again.

I don't know. I reckon if John Lennon had gone to the zoo he would have appreciated good-quality loo paper if he had had to use the facilities whilst there.

Given the surreal nature of this thread I think John Lennon could have written a really great song about it.

quite right, I think a good title for that thread might be: "Famous people you have met or want to meet in the mens' toilets at the zoo (George Michael excluded for reasons of probable ubiquity)"

there are two animal parks that i want to start, i made facebook pages for those parks, tell me what you guys think of each one

first of there is this one, the long beach zoo- estimated size 900 acres

then this one Saddleback valley animal land and prehistoric safari which will be an 8,000 acre park mainly for breeding and research and also ample space for breeding large and rare animals and it will also be used as a supplier for the long beach zoo along with zoos worldwide, the link is below
