A group of pig-tailed macaques came to Prague zoo in 2004 from Safaripark Gänsendorf/Austria. All of them are former laboratory animals (or their descendants) so there is no certainty about their purity/origin/subspecies.

Taronga had a pair of Numbats some years ago.
It was hard work keeping them continually supplied with termites - took a lot of time and effort by the keepers.
Also, eastern Australia ultimately proved to be too humid for them (it's much drier over in the west) and they had respiratory problems.
Historic range of the numbat extended to western NSW which I suppose is drier than the coastal region. Currently they are held semi-captive in AWC sanctuaries at Scotia (NSW) and Yookamurra (SA).
I don't know if they would ever be offered to overseas zoos but the diet would obviously be difficult for a temperate zoo. The ones at Perth have a substitute diet but still get plenty of real termites.
Well done, it is a Jentink's duiker. I sneakily cropped it to make it look like a Malayan tapir.
Quite a stunning animal, the only ones in recent years have been at Gladys Porter Zoo, Brownsville, and they only have one left. I saw one in the 80's at Berlin Tierpark.
