If I ran the zoo!

After working with animals small and large I am building a zoo! We have 20 acres and at 54 years old I started College for the first time! I am going to Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo starting in January. We have been rescuing for 5 years and just recently got our 501c3 status approved! Our goal is to be a small but world class Zoo and teaching farm. Our initial plan is otters, large flightless birds, alpaca, llama, camel, giraffe, small primates, herp house and a 50,000 square foot free flight aviary. My background is aviation, designed built and test fly aircraft, autocad instruction, commercial construction, welding and fabrication.
 
Welcome to zoo chat and I love the idea of having giraffes so you can teach people but if I ran something like a teaching zoo I would add pronghorns, and Scottish wildcat.
