If you could meet anyone dead or alive, who would it be? Why?

.....so, flicking through the thread quickly and judging by the amount of comment, UK people want to meet Darwin and Attenborough, American people want to meet Michael Jackson and Kate Upton.

And kiwis have a penchant for hot Latinas. :D

a sample of one kiwi may not be representative. Also if I could only meet one famous person, I wouldn't choose a hot Latina because I can find them any day (er, well not so often in Hokitika). I'd probably choose someone like Alfred Russell Wallace.

Having said that, my priorities for my future Argentina trip are Belen Lavallen, giant armadillo, Chacoan peccary, Estefania Colombo, and the Iguasu Falls. In that order.

You knew of the massagee before the advert, or have only now added her to your list?

And when is your Argentina trip?

no she was always on the list. I just like Belen much better.

Argentina is probably a couple of years away yet.

I've had the good fortune to meet many of the people that I wanted to: Charles Schulz, Jane Goodall, Cynthia Moss, E.O. Wilson, Iain Douglas-Hamilton, Douglas Adams.

Defining "meeting" to include seeing people perform live I would've loved to have seen the Beatles when they were a basically a bar band playing dumpy nightclubs in Hamburg or the Cavern Club in Liverpool. They broke up several months before I was born (and stopped touring several years before that) so never had the chance to do that. I've done the best I'll ever be able to do by seeing Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr concerts and seeing the Beatles/Cirque de Soleil "Love" show in Las Vegas.

Just to double the kiwi "representativeness", I've met a few hot Latinos, but can't say that either in the ad do anything for me.

As a totally random aside, you can find plenty of cold Latina at your local supermarket Chlidonias (the fresh pasta brand Frescarini has been rebranded 'Latina' which I think is stupid and wrong (pasta is Italian not Spanish!)) :D

so basically you're saying that you're a stalker

I did notice the name of that pasta, and that is in fact the brand I buy! (Total coincidence though)

Are you female, or gay? Either way, it's all good.
ha, a friend of one of my friends likes "Latinos". I was saying we should take him to South America and send him into a bar to ask if any young Latinos want to spend the night with him. Eventually I had to explain to them why it was funny......

I saw a Belen look-alike last week just walking down the street. It was one of those situations where I was driving, my wife was in the passenger's seat, and I was only able to get a fleeting glance. The brain only needs 1/10 of a second to recognise a face/register beauty, but I suspect I got a good 2 second look.

Nah, I was pretty slick.

However, my wife and I were driving to work into the City one winter's morning (~5C), and whilst in traffic, we noticed a tattooed woman in a bra and panties being photographed on the sidewalk: it was a photo shoot for a tattoo parlour. I almost hit the car in front of me. Liquid Silver - Art of Skin
