O benevolent overlords/moderators,
Is there anyway to stop my instant notification? I can't figure out how, and it's annoying! Thanks.

You can turn off instant notifications by thread, just go to the thread you have subscribed to and click "Thread Tools", at the top of the first post.

To change all your settings, you need to go to your Control Panel, accessible at the top right of all pages, and then from the menu at left click Edit Options, which includes options for notifications.
