hi ... i live in sussex with my partner and grown up daughter.... we mostly holiday in this country and visit a zoo or wildlife park on every possible occasion .... i have been to most zoos in the south and south east and hope to visit manor house zoo or bens zoo in june .... as a child i spent a lot of time at london zoo and hope to go back one day
 
thanks ,,, i shall visit both zoos...big cats are my favorite and had bad reports about manor house but will visit both and see for myself

Nice to have another Port Lympne friend on the forum. Would love to hear more from the Aspinall zoos from someone within close proximity. The website does not give much in terms of animals born and all.

My main hang ups is the black rhinos and SE Asian primates! :D

By the way Sussex is a great place to live!

hi.... hoping 2 visit port lympe again this spring .my worries were for the elephants at port lympe and apes at howletts although i believe a new enclosure for the elephants is now finished.....also hoping to 2 get back 2 longleat sometime and manor house and bens zoo in june
