As part of the promotion for her new children’s book, Don’t Let Them Disappear, Chelsea Clinton has been appearing at a number of US zoos - Bronx, Baltimore, Philadelphia, St Louis etc - and has been commenting approvingly and knowledgeably about their work. She has made many mentions of how much she enjoys zoo-going. Anyone who follows Ms Clinton on Twitter will have seen the rather excellent way in which she deals with abusive “trolling” messages; here is another reason to like her!
 
She just spoke at the AZA mid year conference in Phoenix. Wasn’t there but one of my coworkers was.

Not Chelsea Clinton, but another US Democrat politician - Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez - has tweeted footage of herself with a penguin. Which zoo is this at?

AOC is congresswoman for Bronx and Queens, but I’m 99% sure this isn’t at either of those two zoos.

It looks like it might be an aquarium. Does the New York Aquarium have penguins? @ThylacineAlive does this exhibit look familiar from any local zoos or aquariums in the New York area?

It definitely is not the Bronx Zoo; their penguins are in an outdoor exhibit. Nor is it Central Park Zoo which has an indoor penguin exhibit, but all polar species.
