Isle of Wight

I must say I rarely have time to stop for food. I often go all day without eating when at the zoo.

Same here. Apart from the usually high cost/poor quality factor of most Zoo catering, time spent eating (even one's own food supplies) is time lost viewing!!!

I have read and digested your posts and come up with my Sunday morning summary:

True Zoochatter = someone who crams in as many collections as possible in the visited area, whilst staying at an enclosure for hours - possibly with help of a TARDIS

Seriously though - for me it all depends on what I'm looking at and where I am. I could have watched the gorillas at Bristol all day, but as it was our first visit we made sure we saw as much as possible. I whizzed round marwell, as hoof stock isn't my thing, till I got to the okapi who I could have stayed with forever.

At the Yorkshire wildlife park, ti y tho it is, my friends and I are def the die hard 10 till 5ivers
