Jaguar conservation interview with Alan Rabinowitz

Seems to connect well with his last book "An indomitable Beast", which had some very interesting (and surprising) chapters.
 
Nice article, although I think he goes a bit too far in his negative assessment of the southwest (Arizona) jaguar. There is a resident male in the Santa Rita Mountains, which I could ride my bike to from my downtown Tucson home in a couple hours, and he is not "returning to Mexico." Neither did Macho A or Macho B in the mountains west of there.
