Judging by photos on Google maps, it appears to be a restaurant or function center with a collection of reptiles, some chimps (photos show 4) ring tailed lemurs, some other monkeys and ducks and a pair of scarlet macaws.
this place closed down in 2020-2021 because of the pandemic. the smaller animals were sent to Zoolandia Yerevan. the larger animals were sent to the main zoo.
