I am back from my trip, thank you so much for your advice.
So that is what I have done and my impressions :
Bothongo reserve : I spend the all day at the reserve and it really worth it. Isaw the suni, a lot of wild birds, and was able to take some nice pictures of all there animals. The only one that I do not see were the hartebeest, I don't know if they still have them, but no sighting during the whole day.
Pretoria zoo : Also spend a whole day there. I was a little bit disappointed as there are a lot of inoccupied enclosure and the zoo seems a little bit abandonned. Otherwise, they have some small enclosure especially in the lowland part of the zoo. But I was happy to visit it
Johannesburg zoo : I spend 2 half days there and I was really surprise by the size of the enclosure. The zoo looks great and have some large enclosure. I miss the male Redunca, they tell me they do not have a male anymore but I was 5 females.
