I'm glad that I recently discovered this forum and look forward to participating.

Since I live in Philadelphia, I frequently visit America's first zoo, the Philadelphia Zoo.

The most distant zoos that I have visited are the Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Hagenbecks Tierpark in Hamburg, DE, and the San Diego Zoo, US.

I'm almost as interested in the botanical collections in zoological parks as I am the animals, almost.
 
There are but a few of us here who see the botanical collection in a zoo as more than the backdrop on which the animals live. Welcome aboard!
