Kiwis in captivity

a question that has been grudging me for some time is where to see all kiwi species, I am fairly sure that the only species outside of Oceania is the northern brown kiwi (but not certain!). We have a few in Europe and they remain the only species of kiwi I have seen (at Berlin zoo). However, I’m unaware of which institutions keep the following species:
Southern brown kiwi (apteryx australis)
Little spotted kiwi (apteryx owenii)
Great spotted kiwi (artery’s haastii)
Okarito brown kiwi (apteryx rowi)
I’m mainly looking at the southern island in New Zealand as I plan to visit Christchurch on an exciting trip, but more on that later

The little brown kiwi is also kept internationally. I've seen them in the Bronx and Berlin zoos.

Little brown is not a species, Berlin, Bronx and all the others outside of NZ keep Northern brown kiwi.

Have either of the spotted kiwis ever been kept outside of New Zealand? If not is there a reason why other than the difficulty of exporting animals from that part of the world?

The Great Spotted Kiwi has been kept at London Zoo; I think the Little Spotted Kiwi also. But you're talking a very long time ago.

Other than Greater Spotted they should also be relatively easy to find in the wild.

The Great Spotted Kiwi has been kept at London Zoo; I think the Little Spotted Kiwi also. But you're talking a very long time ago.

London Zoo acquired its first little spotted kiwi on 28th July 1869; subsequent early specimens arrived on 14th April 1871, 10th October 1872 and 7th June 1875.

London Zoo obtained its first great spotted kiwi on 18th December 1875.

Incidentally, in the contemporary ZSL literature, the little spotted kiwi and the great spotted kiwi are referred to by the common names Owen’s apteryx and Haasti’s apteryx respectively, the word kiwi only being used for Apteryx australis.
