The wolves got put down about 5-6 days ago due to age and health problems. They say that the wolves that got put down are not the same wolves that killed a young worker back in 2012.
They have no plans on getting wolves again in the near future as they need a new better enclosure for that.

Hard to know, if I remember it correctly the wolf enclosure is one of the first you see when entering the zoo, I doubt they will let it be empty as it is a pretty big and "important" spot.
It seems like they will not have any big predators in there as they need to remake the whole enclosure for that to work (their own words). So time will tell what they put in there.

Is elephant Sanoi pregnant? I saw the video of elephants in Kolmarden, and it seemed to me that it was much wider than the other elephants. Does Kolmarden Announce Pregnancy? And if so when?

Sensational Report !!!!!!! After asking about breeding elephants, I got the answer that the elephant cow Bua is pregnant !!!!! Now I find out when the calf is born, so wait. When I know it, I'll inform you right away.

just today kolmården anounst that ther are geting 3 new antilop specis to the park this year
the species are two estern bongo , 6 nile lechwe and 3 dama N. d. mhorr. one werid thing is that i dont now where the going in the zoo besides the lechwe. they aslo said that ther is a posebilety of more rare antilops in the further.

New species! Red river hog. I've seen several pictures on Instagram showing red river hogs in the savannah stable. The zoo has not given any official information about the new species yet but as people are allowed to put them on Instagram they don't seem to be a secret to the public
i food a news artical about the red river hogs as well as one more secret new animal that is not one of the 3 new antilops they are geting this year. it so good that they are foukings more on animals this year

I know that they have Enzo and that he is the silverback, and that his brother Echo has moved to Spain. I've also heard that Naomi is going to be relocated and that Enzo is getting his own females. Have they done that yet? Is Iris still in the park?
