Chester Zoo Lazy Summer Evening

Just got back from the zoo very wet and cold but had a great time. Managed to see both of the Bears together feeding managed to get a few pictures of them through the rain which i will upload later or tomorrow morning depending on how long it takes. No sign of any of the Cheetah or Tigers and only briefly saw Iblis. No many of the animals were out mostly due to the weather spent the last hour and a half of the evening in the elephant house watching the elephants and talking to Eveline De Wolf who is team leader of the elephants who i found to be a lovely lady who was very aproachable and genouous with her time spending over an hour talking to us and was happy to answer any question i had.

Hello!

Eveline is lovely and very very very interesting to talk too.

Did you find anything interesting out about the elephants?

Any new information?

Thank you,

Naomi :)

Im not in it... :( But still, an excellent video, you have some fantastic footage! Really good!

I enjoyed it, particularly as I think I ended up on the cutting room floor (which is certainly where I belong ;))

Hello Christine and welcome to ZooChat, the only zoo forum where we're so on the ball, even hand-holding in the zoo is recorded for posterity!

I think you and your fiancé also walked towards me as I was standing under the shelter on the bats bridge junction, but the walkway bounces and it's a nightmare for rolling shutter cameras so that didn't make the edit. In other words, a lucky escape!

lol SMR definitely a lucky escape I was thinking afterwards why did I wear that horrible red shower coat lol, stood out a mile lol. I didn't think you were filming, just taking pictures. How ignorant I am lol:)
