Legalising Exotic Reptiles in Aust. (again)

Here is the SA specialist Permit application form, have a look at what they have to provide, i think it owuld work for exotics.

I have thought of another reason why they may not be legalised.

If we have them as pet's who's going to go to the zoo to see them!
Maybe thats why South Australia has lighter animal keeping laws, the government doesnt make any money out of the zoo.

I am, by hobby, an aviculturist. I do not keep reptiles, and have no intention of ever doing so; BUT, as I slide (gallop?) into old age, I am becoming more and more perturbed by the ever-increasing petty rules and regulations, and the increasing weight of "political correctness" which supposedly free citizens have to live under in this great country of ours.

Which is why I was a bit surprised that no-one was concerned about the "reverse onus of proof" provisions that are taking over our increasingly socialistic laws.
