Leintal Zoo, Schwaigern

This small ( 4 hectare ) zoo has the biggest chimpanzee-group in Germany ( about 30 animals ). Next to this, it's the only zoo in Europe were a group ( now 5 animals ) of the Carpenter white-handed gibbon can be seen. The enclosure for the breeding-group has just been enlarged.

Me-not the best place I've ever been to.The owners of this"Zoo"are vegans-so they feed also he chimps only vegan..even the "Zoo"Restaurant offers only vegetarian food.Some of the exhibits are not really bad, but general, it is a really poor place-but is years ago, I've visted that park.
